I am assuming this is regarding documents that development team provides before testing starts.
During design phase , development team shares application design document with QA team for review and for test design process.
When the build is released , development team shares release notes containing known issues in the build.

Development Team share number of work items with QA and QC team Like
Project Understanding Documents like SRS/FRS, Data Model Document, Release Note Document on build realizing, Requirement Change document while testing is in process, Bug type and List logged by User.
