I usually encounter this phenomenon
This happens may be caused of lacking of your RAM storage
Open your taskmanager, click Detail tab , search for “java.exe” and “akaStudio.exe” then end all those tasks
=> Restart tool

and could you please provide more information about your device. How much ram and disk capacity ?
