you can open Task Mananger and kill all java.exe task. Then restart tool again
In this case, you can quite akaAT Studio tool. Confirm that all relative task should be closed by open “Task Manager”, click on the 'Detail" tab, then find and kill java.exe task. After that, restart tool again
